Peyton is doing pretty well today. She is not eating like normal yet, but she is eating a little. Her eye is swollen like last time, but nothing out of the ordinary. She is tired of eye cremes and eye drops, so getting her to do her medicine is becoming quite the chore.
Peyton was very happy to see Grandpa at the airport, and just as happy to see Bashful (Our Dog) at home. Mom and Dad are just happy to have arrived home safely with their daughter!
Round three is set for the later half of November. Hopefully, this will be the last treatment. There would be one or two more trips back to Philadelphia, but at least it would be the end of the chemo. Thank you all for the well wishes, and please continue to keep little Peyton in your prayers!

Our Daughter, Peyton was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma on September 14, 2010. We were immediately sent to Wills Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA to see a specialist. This is the story of Peyton's treatment and recovery.
I bet those drops/creams are hard... brushing their teeth is hard enough, I can't imagine! Breckynn prays for Jesus to heal Peyton's eye every night. So thankful she is responding well to the treatment. We will continue to keep you in our prayers!

Glad to hear that she's doing well. Mom and Dad spoke so fondly of her that I hope to someday get the chance to meet her. I wanted to drop you a line and let you know that Jan and I are praying hard for her and for you. All three of you are in our thoughts and prayers. Take care and God Bless.
